For jobs with AI matching enabled, AI compares the applicant’s skills, experience, and screening answers with your role. Pro and Premium let you review match scores, strengths, gaps, and explanations, and sort applicants by score in table view. Use that evidence to decide whom to interview.

You decide whom to interview, make an offer to, and hire. AI matching helps you focus your review and see what to ask about; it does not replace your judgment.

When you apply to a job with AI matching enabled, you agree to an assessment of how your application fits the role. It uses the job details, your cover note, skills, education level and field, work-history titles, dates and descriptions, and screening questions and answers. Employ Directly does not add identity or contact fields, institution or company names, portfolio links, compensation fields, employer background, or internal IDs. Matching occurrences of your display name in candidate evidence are replaced with the words "the candidate" before transmission. Other allowed free-text content is sent as written.

Authenticated users can report a job, employer, professional profile, application, or message when the relevant report action is available. Platform moderators review reports and record the outcome.
